Administration Assistant, Level 2, Permanent, Part Time

The Governors welcome applications for the role of Part-time Administration Assistant (Level 2) at our forward-thinking school.

St Mary’s is a voluntary aided Catholic Primary School within the Diocese of Wrexham and Flintshire Education Authority and caters for approx 240 children from the Foundation Phase to Year 6. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic part-time Administration Assistant to carry out a wide range of administrative duties to support the smooth, organised, and efficient running of the school. We are looking for someone who is Catholic and/or will be supportive of our Catholic ethos.

Under the supervision and guidance of the Headteacher, senior staff and the Administrator you will be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial, organisational processes within the school and assist with the planning and development of support services applying a wide range of IT skills across a broad range of systems.

The role is permanent, part-time (2 days per week 15 hours in total, Term time only INSET days), Admin level 2. The salary range is from £17,842 to £18,933 full time (pro rata for 2 days £7,136 to £7,573) and the start date is 01/01/2021.
